I have been training in martial arts for 25 years to date, and ventured into Screen Fighting in the latter part of 2006. I have not looked back.
I have a Honours Degree in Property and Postgraduates in Law and Legal Practice; and I conduct each and every aspect of my work with professionalism and integrity.
It was an honour to be asked to join Zara Phythian's Team in early 2007. Ms Phythian is a Martial Arts Champion with Multiple World titles, as well as an Inductee in the International Karate & Kickboxing Hall of Fame. This is an enviable privilege bearing in mind the other inductees include Chuck Norris and the late Bruce Lee. Zara is the only Brit to receive this. She also was inducted in Combat Magazine's "Hall of Fame" for 'Woman of the Year 2011'.
I remain one of her original Screen Fighting team members.
Zara's screen fighting training is very Old Skool, in so far as you have to be able to take a hit, even when in film. This may even be at full contact.
Screen Fighting is an artform of violence; & I have now received training in Hollywood Film Fighting, courtesy of the Prolific Stunt Team through my work on Universal Pictures's '47 Ronin'.
In 2009 I produced my own Independent Film, 'Landlord'; and I have my penned script to put into fruition, 'Vigilante - Order & Chaos'.
